Working life is like a train journey. The post that we hold is like a train. Many people do not have the courage to change train because worry if the new train might not reach the desired destiny. Many people stuck in the same train for many years because for them, destiny is not important, just a comfortable train is enough for the remaining journey. To change destiny, we must change train. Either express or normal train but must change. Train to Paris will only go to Paris. There is no meaning if you want to go to Aberdeen but still believe train to Paris could bring you to Aberdeen. Please change the way you think.
